We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with your course, provided you have completed less than 10% of the course content.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. GST paid on the original transaction will be refunded in accordance with applicable GST regulations.
For course bundles, refunds are only available if none of the courses in the bundle have been accessed beyond 10% completion. Partial refunds for individual courses within a bundle are not available.
If you are unable to access a course due to a technical issue on our end, please contact our support team at rgeniesupport@gmail.com. We will resolve the issue promptly or offer a full refund regardless of the 7-day window if the issue is attributable to our Platform.
This Refund Policy is governed by the Consumer Protection Act and other applicable laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
